Zach is a multifaceted healer, herbalist, chef, yoga teacher, and retreat facilitator dedicated to guiding others on a journey of self-discovery and connection with nature.
Born on the outskirts of Chicago, Zach’s lifelong fascination with the mysteries of life and deep reverence for the natural world led him to immerse himself in indigenous wisdom and global art movements. His creative pursuits and love for self-expression shaped his path, eventually bringing him to the forests of Northern California, where he lived for over a decade. With a passion for holistic living, Zach has worn many hats, from organic farmer and folk herbalist to musician and fine dining chef, always grounded in his role as an Earth steward.
A transformative journey to Peru in 2022 deepened Zach’s bond with the land and its rich traditions, culminating in his relocation to the Sacred Valley. Apprenticing under a revered medicine man, he embraced the ecological wonders and cultural wisdom of the region, integrating these teachings into his work.
Certified as a yoga teacher since 2021 and a Permaculture Design Certificate holder since 2015, Zach offers a nurturing space for growth and exploration, blending meditation, yoga, and herbal wisdom with Peru’s vibrant cultural heritage. Whether guiding retreats or sharing stories, Zach remains committed to fostering connections, celebrating the magic of existence, and helping others rediscover their authentic selves.
He has been on the spiritual path for over 20 years. He has studied different techniques, such as acupuncture, reiki, releasing cords, and other therapies. He lived in the jungle for 3 years, studying master plants and doing dietas to help people on their healing path.
He is here to accompany you on your path of multidimensional self-discovery so that you are more aligned with your life purpose and your essential being.
He works with energies from plants, animals, and angels, with Christ consciousness, and with the spirit of Mother Earth, receiving assistance to help others.
An intuitive integral healer, multidisciplinary musician, and student-practitioner of the spiritual path and the tools of self-knowledge that help us live better.
Her journey of individual healing began in 2013, when she became aware of her path and discovered natural medicines. She also began practicing yoga and art.
She met her teacher, who helped her better understand energy management and healing with Archangels, and guided her to connect with her power and her own internal healing. She occasionally practiced healing with the Archangels, the art of cleansing with plants, and the understanding of transgenerational traumas. She traveled to Peru with the intention of connecting with Ayahuasca medicine and aligning with her purpose of service on Earth and her Soul path. She deepened her connection with the Archangels through spiritual practice, which she supports and nurtures in ceremonies.
Today, alongside her partner Alonso, she holds healing ceremonies serving shamanic medicines, helping others align with their paths of consciousness, peace, and well-being.
Sydney has spent the past five years on a journey of personal and collective healing, inspired by a life-changing dieta with Shipibo shamans in the Amazon. Leaving behind her fast-paced life in Chicago, she followed her calling to Costa Rica and Peru, deepening her connection to plant medicines, breathwork, and earth-based wisdom.
Trained in Sacred Breathwork, Akashic Records, and Shamanic Reiki, Sydney integrates trauma-informed practices with her extensive studies. She is currently completing certification as a Somatic Plant Medicine Integration Practitioner with Atira Tan.
Now based in Peru, Sydney creates transformative spaces through breathwork, energy healing, and plant medicine ceremonies. Rooted in the wisdom of the earth and guided by spirits like Rose and Huachuma, she empowers others to embrace their highest potential.
